Functions

Functions

object

Method:

IsInitialized

static boolean IsInitialized(obj variable)

Checks if a variable is initialized

Description:

This method checks if a variable is initialized or not. Variables in Biferno can be uninitialized only in two cases:

- when a function declares a non primitive class parameter in the prototype without a default and the caller doesn't give a value for that parameter

- when a class declares a non primitive property without a default and the constructor doesn't fill the value of that property

Note that primitive objects are always initialized. They are 0 (zero) for numerical parameters, false for Boolean parameters and "" (empty string) for string class parameters

Parameters:
variable

the object we are inspecting

Implementation:
